Penang, Malaysia 7th July — SkyeChip Berhad (“SkyeChip”, SKYECHIP: 5357.KL), an integrated circuit (IC) design company specialising in silicon Intellectual Properties (“IPs”) and silicon products today announced its ongoing engineering engagement with Cerebras Systems Inc. (“Cerebras”, Nasdaq: CBRS), a global AI infrastructure company advancing ultra-fast AI computing through its industry-leading Wafer-Scale Engine (WSE) technology.
As part of this engagement, SkyeChip is supporting the development of custom high-speed interface IP aligned with Cerebras’ next-generation computing initiatives.
Through a structured program of milestone-based development, rigorous technical validation, and close collaboration across the semiconductor ecosystem, SkyeChip is helping advance production-ready IP designed for the performance and reliability demands of next-generation AI computing.

This partnership follows SkyeChip’s recent listing on Bursa Malaysia’s Main Market in May, which raised RM352 million of gross proceeds to advance the design and development of silicon IPs and silicon products for High Performance Computing (HPC) and AI applications.
